1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ae Design Jewellery website and related services operated by Ervan Pty Ltd trading as Ae Design Jewellery (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing from or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in precious metals and gemstones.
While we take care to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
If a pricing or description error is identified after you place an order, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order after notifying you.
3. Custom Orders
Custom-made jewellery is designed and handcrafted to order.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before production commences.
- Custom orders have a minimum turnaround time of three (3) weeks, depending on design complexity.
- Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues or third-party vendors.
4. Pronto Lab Collection – Refunds and Exchanges
You may return items from our Pronto Lab Collection within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unworn, undamaged, and in brand new condition.
- Returned items will be inspected before any refund or exchange is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
5. Warranty and Repairs
All Ae Design Jewellery pieces are covered by a lifetime manufacturing warranty, excluding normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.
If a manufacturing fault is identified, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
6. Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash (for in-store purchases).
Full payment must be received before any order is dispatched or delivered.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped via trusted courier or postal services.
We primarily deliver within Australia, but international orders may be accepted upon request.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country.
8. Intellectual Property
All jewellery designs, product images, photographs, text, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Ervan Pty Ltd trading as Ae Design Jewellery.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ervan Pty Ltd trading as Ae Design Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of faulty goods as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website or engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
