1. Overview

At Ae Design Jewellery, we take the utmost care in delivering your order safely, securely, and on time.

Shipping is free on all Australian orders.

We also offer international delivery for selected items. All parcels are carefully packaged and fully insured until received and signed for by the customer.

 

2. Processing Times

  • Pronto Lab Collection: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
    If     resizing or modifications are required, processing times may be extended.
  • Custom Orders: Each bespoke piece is handcrafted to order and requires a minimum turnaround of 3 weeks, depending on design complexity. You will be notified of estimated completion and dispatch dates once your order is confirmed.

Please note that during busy periods (e.g., Christmas or Valentine’s Day), production and delivery times may be slightly extended.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

You can track your parcel through the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch notification, please contact us at info@aedesign.com.au

 

4. Signature & Delivery Requirements

All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a collection card or contact you to arrange redelivery.

We do not accept liability for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services,
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or
  • Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.

 

5. International Shipping

International orders are accepted for most countries.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • We are unable to mark parcels as “gifts” or declare lower values for customs purposes.

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

Any redelivery fees for returned parcels will be charged to the customer.
